A special mention of our great, late Caroline - whom passed away in March 2024.
She was the all-knowing source and although she retired in 2021, she could often be found filling in for agents during their time away. She loved travel and had the courage to complete several solo adventures, including a recent trek up Mt Kilimanjaro. We miss her, and we keep her family in our thoughts.
